For Shipping within Australia, it can take 4-7 business days to arrive with standard shipping and 1-3 business days with express shipping depending on your location.
On business days, orders placed by 7am AEST will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note during sales or promotions period, there could be a delay in dispatch of up to 2 business days.

1. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “Returns Request” page prior to returning the damaged goods.
2. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse you via your chosen payment provider during checkout for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
