Easy returns is how we like it, so please follow the steps below to lodge your return request.
Return within 30 Days for a refund and 60 days for store credit.
Items are eligible for a store credit if all the three conditions below are met:
- The item was lodged for return within 60 days of purchase
- The item was purchased at full or discounted price
- Please note: once a store credit has been issued, it can not be exchanged for a cash refund.
Items are eligible for a refund if all the three conditions below are met:
- The item was lodged for return within 30 days of purchase
- The item was faulty or damaged when you received it (photos will be required)
- The item was purchased at full price
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings or underwear can not be returned.
- As some of our goods are handmade or made from recycled material, there may be slight imperfections or variances that we believe adds to the character of the item. If you are returning these items and the imperfection is deemed to be due to the nature of the item as opposed to a manufacturing fault, Thread Harvest reserves the right to process the return as a general return instead of as a faulty item.
- Shipping costs incurred on the original purchase are unfortunately not refundable and you will also be responsible for all return shipping costs to and from our warehouse. Thread Harvest will however reimburse any reasonable and documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
