WHO IS THREAD HARVEST
We are an online retailer selling and promoting that ethical fashion doesn’t mean you should sacrifice style for substance, we believe it can be both. Essentially, fashion that not only looks good, but impacts our world for better at the same time. We scour the globe for brands that have a significant social and/or environmental impact through their business, and bring you their stories and products, so that in partnership we can all be instruments of change. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Some of our most popular items may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, you will see an option on the product page to receive an email notification when the product is back in stock. This is also helpful for us to gauge interest and demand so if there’s something you like, don’t hesitate to get notified!
In addition, you can also email us here and let us know what you are looking for. We can help by suggesting alternatives or giving you an indication of when stock might come in.

CURRENCY + CUSTOMS CHARGES
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and where applicable, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). GST does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards. Any fees and charges (e.g. Delivery Fees) imposed by these Terms also include GST where applicable.
There may be instances where you receive your package in 2 shipments, this is because we partner with a variety of brands in various locations and ship out of their warehouse. Where possible we try to minimise this for our international customers. We will endeavour to notify you if your product will be arriving in separate packages. RETURNS
Please see our Returns Policy to find out how to return your purchase. Please note that some items may be final sale and are non-returnable, we will always let you know if this is the case.
GIFT CARDS
Our online e-Gift Cards can be purchased here. You can select any combination of $20, $30, $50 or $100 e-Gift Cards. Our e-Gift Cards are sent by email for easy redemption online. After you place your order, you can decide whether to have the e-Gift Card sent directly to the recipient with your own personalised message, or if you prefer, to have the code sent to yourself.
Please note:
- Gift cards can only be redeemed by the associated email address it was gifted to.
- Valid for 12 months.
- Redeem at checkout.
- If your order is less than the Gift Card amount, simply come back and shop again! The amount left over will remain until the Gift Card is completely used or expires.
- If your order is higher than the amount you’ll be required to pay the balance.
