No doubt you have some questions - here's the answers!
Why choose AfterPay?
AfterPay allows you to receive your product now and pay the balance off over 4 equal fortnightly instalments. There is no interest charged.
Isn't this encouraging shoppers to buy more?
We've thought long and hard about this one. Obviously we don't encourage over-consumption of fashion, but we also recognise that well made ethical products can be more expensive than the products that sit under the fast fashion banner. AfterPay allows you to purchase a better product without being limited by the price tag.
There is a limit of $800 per order that you can put through using AfterPay.
Is AfterPay a loan or credit card?
AfterPay isn't a loan or a credit card, it's essentially lay-buy. You will have to ensure the funds for each fortnightly instalment are available for when the payments are due.
What happens if I can't make an instalment?
AfterPay charges a $10 late payment fee and every 7 days after they will charge $7 until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
What if I need to return my AfterPay order?
You simply lodge a return as normal. Once the product has been received back at our warehouse we will notify AfterPay to release the payments you made back into your account.
If I don't have a credit or debit card can I still use AfterPay?
Unfortunately no, AfterPay is only available to credit/debit card holders.
