Is AfterPay a loan or credit card?

AfterPay isn’t a loan or a credit card, it’s essentially lay-buy. You will have to ensure the funds for each fortnightly instalment are available for when the payments are due.

What happens if I can’t make an instalment?

AfterPay charges a $10 late payment fee and every 7 days after they will charge $7 until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

What if I need to return my AfterPay order?

You simply lodge a return as normal. Once the product has been received back at our warehouse we will notify AfterPay to release the payments you made back into your account.

If I don’t have a credit or debit card can I still use AfterPay?

Unfortunately no, AfterPay is only available to credit/debit card holders.
