Due to the detailed woven leather upper, the BENITO Sandal is a model that attracts attention. Each pair of our BENITO Sandals is handcrafted and requires eight hours of detailed work by our Mexican artisans. Thus, it is one of the most elaborate models in our collection and it is the perfect shoe for everyone that loves to add a statement piece to his outfit. The BENITO does not only fit well to a pair of jeans but can also be combined with a classical suit.
Its upper is made out of the smoothest high quality vegetable-tanned leather we could find. Thus, we were able to reduce the “break-in” phase to a minimum. As for every model, we guarentee that each pair is handmade from start to finish by our Artisans in Mexico using traditional techniques, which have been developed and studied for centuries.

Since it is as important for you as for us that you choose the right size, we created our shoe size table and we always recommend to have a look at it before ordering one of our huaraches. For your orientation, we show the sizes according to Mexico, EU, US Male and US Female as well as the inside length of our shoes in centimeters. Regarding the inside length, please be aware that your feet should never fully fill out your shoes. Hence, a millimeter or two additional space is definitely recommendable.
Generally speaking, our shoes are true to size. If you are between two sizes, however, we recommend choosing the smaller one, as due to the weaving patterns of our shoes, they have the ability to slightly stretch and thereby adjust to your feet during the break-in phase.
