Sharing a love for this planet, Tanya and Ellie, the founders make sure each part of your Elle Evans design leaves as small a footprint as possible. Their mission is to make you look damn fine on the beach, by the pool or in the gym, all while giving you that gratifying feeling of knowing you’re saving the planet!
All the fabrics Elle Evans use are man-made, no animals are harmed to produce them as the fabric is made from recycled plastic waste dredged from the sea. It’s collected from around the world and turned into Econyl in Slovenia. The fabric is then shipped to Australia where it is printed using water-based, non-toxic ink. Each garment is made to order and sown by a seamstress in Melbourne who is paid above the living wage and provided a comfortable work environment with plenty of breaks.
